OUR RETURN POLICY
Electrical items including LED products MUST BE RETURNED unopened and unused.
Once an electrical item has been opened and connected to voltage, it is considered USED and unacceptable.
Every item we will sell is inspected, tested and guaranteed to be operational. In the past,
we have found approx. 75% of customers do not read the instructions first. About 4% of our
customers overload or connect controllers and products up wrong, we therefore can not accept returned items.
 
In the event you ordered the wrong item and it is unopened and unused, please contact us for a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. We need the following information. Your order number, item description, where
it was purchased and date of purchase. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE! Custom flags are NON-RETURNABLE!
We charge a standard 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and insurance.

Items returned WITHOUT a RMA number will not be processed.
